Refund & Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

• We’ll notify you by email once your return is inspected.
• Approved refunds process to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Free shipping orders may have actual costs deducted.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us before sending your item back to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to our error, we will cover shipping.
• Use a trackable service — we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if not shipped.
• After dispatch, cancellations must follow the return process.
